Web Personalization

I had to save this article about web personalization. The focus is on marketing and e-commerce, but you can translate all the business terminology into the learning realm with ease. We know that one-size-fits-all doesn't tend to make for very compelling learning experiences, but personalization is more difficult and expensive to produce.
